Head Chef - Marvin Hernandez
Marvin worked in a very high end restaurant in California called Pasta Trattoria from 1992-2004 when he decided to take his talents to the east coast. When The Blue Lagoon re-opened in 2005, Marvin was a very talented Sous Chef. After an opportunity arose, Marvin left The Blue Lagoon for a Sous Chef position at "Four" from 2006-2010. In 2010, Marvin decided to come back to The Blue Lagoon as the head chef. He continues to amaze quests with signature specials that never lack in taste or presentation.
